The \u201cjust in time\u201d and \u201cjust in place\u201d conductive heating process further reduces the tendency to form scale while achieving maximum energy efficiency. After the material has been pre-distributed, final shaping can be carried out in a conventional closed-die forging process (see also <a href=\"https:\/\/tubeformtec.de\/en\/hot-forming-inductive-upsetting\/\">Induction Upsetting<\/a>) within the same heat cycle.  <\/p>\n<p>We have several horizontal E-upsetting machines available, ranging from conventional standard machines to modified and further-developed systems. Depending on the material and forming operation, bar diameters from 14 to 36 mm can normally be processed.
